FTT is a digital consulting company. We started because we believe many ambitious clients simply aren't getting the service they deserve. Big management consulting firms want to sell Business Process Outsourcing, but that's not in every clients' best interest. Digital agencies are primarily interested in designing and building a new website on their preferred platform (Drupal, Optimizely, Adobe, etc.)
But how does spending millions on outsourcing or re-platforming solve the client's problem?
Clients want more leads, customers and lifetime loyalty. They want the lowest possible cost of ownership and greater harmony between sales, marketing and IT.
They want ideas, opinions and advice. That's why we exist.
Requirements
-
5 + years experience as a Solutions Architect
-
Background in major CMS, e-commerce, MarTech and CRM platform implementations and integrations
-
Consulting or digital agency experience
-
Project Management experience desirable
-
Recognition from Optimizely, Sitecore, Adobe or similar software platforms is desirable
About the Job
This is a trainee job, no professional experience is required. The objective of the role is to create watertight specifications for digital projects - in this role you will learn how to:

Graduate, ideally in the sciences

Logical analytical outlook

Aptitude for diplomacy and good stakeholder management
